Carla Y. Heimbrock - Managing Broker
Carla is the daughter of a career military officer. After many years of traveling and living in all corners of the globe she is calling Lawton / Ft. Sill her home since 1991 She graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a degree in vocal music. Performing on Sundays in Church, Assisted Living Homes and the Veterans Retirement Center is still her passion. Carla has worked in the Real Estate Industry since 2000 and is also our resident IT guru. She is the mother of two very smart and handsome boys. Much of their time together is spent in and around the Boy Scouts of America. Drew, her oldest son, is working hard on his eagle scout project.
Hope Briscoe – Property Manager and Leasing Agent
Hope is a true Okie, born and raised on a farm in Oklahoma. She married Mike and travelled the world for 28 years as a military spouse. When they returned from Germany in 1998 Hope worked for a local rental management company for many years. In 2003, she took over as the Property Manager for P & B Rentals and has been with P & B Rentals ever since, bringing homeowners and tenants together. Hope truly enjoys all aspects of property management and working with clients. She is the mother of two grown children and proud grandmother to four incredible grandsons. Her favorite pastime is watching classic movies from the 50s and 60s.
Samantha McClellan – Property Inspector
Samantha was born and raised in Florida. She left Florida after getting married to a service member. Their tour of duties included Kentucky, Germany and Oklahoma. Samantha arrived back in Oklahoma in 2009 and joined P & B Rentals at that time. She is the proud mother of two beautiful girls and grandmother of three. Sam’s favorite past time is reading (a lot), gardening and enjoying outdoor activities.
