Carla Y. Heimbrock - Managing Broker

Carla is the daughter of a career military officer. After many years of traveling and living in all corners of the globe she calls Lawton / Ft. Sill her home. She graduated from Arkansas Tech University with a degree in vocal music. Performing is still her passion. Carla has worked in the Real Estate Industry since 2000 and is also our resident IT guru. She is the mother of two very smart and handsome sons. Her oldest is a middle school social studies teacher and the youngest is pursuing a degree in music education at the University of Oklahoma.

Hope Briscoe – Property Manager and Leasing Agent

Hope is a true Okie, born and raised on a farm in Oklahoma. She travelled the world for 28 years as a military spouse. Upon returning from Germany in 1998, Hope worked for a local rental management company. In 2003, she joined P & B Rentals as the Property Manager. Hope truly enjoys all aspects of property management and working with clients. She is the mother of two grown children and proud grandmother to four incredible grandsons. Her favorite pastime is watching classic movies from the 50s and 60s.

Samantha McClellan – Billing

Samantha was born and raised in Florida. She left Florida after getting married to a service member. Their tour of duties included Kentucky, Germany and Oklahoma. Samantha arrived back in Oklahoma in 2009 and joined P & B Rentals at that time. She is the proud mother of two beautiful girls and grandmother of three. Sam’s favorite past time is reading (a lot), gardening and enjoying outdoor activities.

Tatiana Muse - Property Coordinator

Terracina Gerald - Property Coordinator

Terracina was born in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri, to a proud military family. As the daughter of an Army sergeant, she spent her childhood traveling to different places such as Germany. In 1996, after her father retired, Terracina and her family made Lawton, Oklahoma, their home. She has raised three children who are now grown. Today, she is also a proud grandmother of two beautiful little girls, who bring an extra measure of love into her life. She enjoys spending time with her longtime partner of 15 years, making jewelry, gardening and shopping.

Destiny Wesner - Property Coordinator

Destiny was raised in South Carolina and is adopted; growing up in a large family with eight siblings. It has helped shape her appreciation for family, meaningful connections, and relationships with others. She brings 12 years of customer service experience, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. In her free time, Destiny enjoys reading, hiking, and spending time with her beloved cat, Atticus. She values personal growth, exploring the outdoors, and building relationships with those around her.

Anissha Taylor - Property Coordinator

Anissha is a native of Dallas. She moved to Oklahoma at the age of 14 and graduated in 1994 from Edmond Memorial High School. She has been working in property maintenance since 2023 and joined P & B Rentals in January 2026. She enjoys spending time with her three wonderful daughters and especially her 11 grandchildren.Her mother resides with her, and they spend a lot of time doing DIY projects, working outside and decorating for holidays. She is always happy to assist people and help any way she can.

Jovion Johnson - Director of First Impressions

Jovion was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. She of course enjoys good music and food. She is also passionate about reading, learning, and mastering new processes. Jovion values personal growth, enjoys expanding her knowledge and skills, and believes in the importance of teamwork. Jovion brings her southern charm and hospitality into every room she is in. She strives to create positive experiences for everyone who walks through the door.
